How-to: Reconnect to EPSON T-88V on Mac when IP reverts to 224.0.0.1

For some reason, the EPSON T-88V (ethernet model) seems to reset itself from time-to-time with the IP address changing to 224.0.0.1—which is impossible to reach from a Mac.

It turns out the solution is pretty easy.

Please note, this applies to the ethernet model only and shouldn't affect the USB... [Details]
