Upon purchasing a Support and Upgrades Subscription a customer is granted a period of 12 months during which they have access to live telephone tech support and free LighSpeed upgrades.
A customer covered by a Support and Upgrades Subscription can call our tech support staff at any time during regular business hours with upgrades made available to subscription owners on xsilva.com.
For example: A customer not covered by a subscription and running LightSpeed version 2.5 wishes to upgrade to version 2.6 will need to pay the stated price for that upgrade. The same customer could purchase a Support and Upgrades Subscription and upgrade immediately to version 2.6, then upgrade to any subsequent versions (2.8, 2.9, 3.0) released within the 12 months covered by their subscription.
New customers buying a subscription will extend their 30 day coverage to 13 months.
